Hi, I'm Amy!

Thank you for visiting my website to learn more about me and what I do, including my educational journey, professional experience, and a sampling of my portfolio of work. As an organizer, optimizer, problem solver, and people-person, I find immense joy puzzling out solutions and helping others become confidently self-sufficient. You'll often find me getting my hands dirty with projects, going beyond defining vision or planning solutions to work on the nitty-gritty, making sure things work as they should from the ground up.

I have over a decade of leadership experience in finance, sales, and service, with additional experience in retail, technology, gaming/game production, event production, project management, startups, and the arts. I hold Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner certifications, as well as a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing. My graduate work concentrated on stabilizing culture and performance within organizations undergoing rapid growth, strategically managing organizational change, and utilizing transformational leadership techniques to uplift those around me. My MSML capstone project can be found in my portfolio.

As a consultant, I believe in working myself out of a role by collaborating to simplify processes, master new skills, and encourage self-driven growth in those around me. I love getting to know my clients and how they operate in their own space in order to tailor solutions that will work for them specifically and, most importantly, sustainably.

A natural people-person, I build relationships quickly and am an outstanding communicator and collaborator. I am also a conceptual thinker and innovative problem solver, balancing vision with logic by analyzing long-term practicalities alongside exciting new potentials. Learning or creating new tools to analyze, organize, and measure success is a passion of mine.

In my downtime I enjoy hiking, creating art, tabletop gaming, photography, cooking, and travel of all kinds.
